Epilithic - on residency in Woody Point, NL
The time spent during my residency in Woody Point, Gros Morne National Park, was filled with fishing, hiking, and being-with place. The tides made themselves known. Using clay found on site, I created a fractal pattern inspired by the mosses and seaweeds washed ashore. After one high tide, the sea had already begun to wash the artwork away - clay on rock, in situ
